Shon Hsu
Shon is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and sports scientist that focuses on facilitating efficient movement strategies - specifically change of direction ability. He uses a data-driven and evidence-informed approach to understanding athletes' movement analysis, in doing so, help athletes develop and optimize performance.

Ian Warner Sr.
As a former football, track, and bodybuilding athlete, Ian turned his love of sport into a successful coaching career. His early experience involved coaching football at the high school and club levels. Over 30 years in, Ian can apply coaching principles and his philosophy to guiding athletes from various backgrounds, focusing on speed and power sports, using what he has learned from mentors in the Track and field space.

Shejza Mino
Dr. Shejza Mino is an evidence-based chiropractor, neurofunctional electro-acupuncture practitioner & a Champion Performance Specialist. Her clinical practice focuses on sport injury management, rehabilitation protocols for safe return-to-play, as well as performance therapy for athletic optimization.

David Zhao
David graduated from University of Toronto with a kinesiology degree, acquiring good experience of personal training and working with athletes. He is experienced with training teenage athletes and succeeded in helping athletes achieve their performance goals. During the one-year internship as an athletic therapist with the Varsity Blue Football team, he encountered various injuries in sport settings and dealt with experience and knowledge. He also practiced taping skills that can help prevent injuries across different body parts and enhance athletes' performances. David also worked in the physiotherapy clinic for years and he is familiar with movement assessment and rehabilitation treatment.

Dan Villaluz
Dan is a performance coach with a strong interest in sport science that aims to foster a conducive training environment for growth. He approaches each workout with the aim to assist others in their journey towards self improvement in any way possible. Dan believes this is a collaborative process, where his role entails helping athlete's manage pain and perform better. He has experience working with athletes from diverse sporting backgrounds and hopes to continue expanding his depth of knowledge. Dan is on the verge of completing his undergraduate degree and aspires to pursue graduate studies within the near future. He believes that learning is a lifelong commitment believing each experience in life offers an opportunity to learn and grow. The power of mentorship is valuable, which is why he is happy and excited to be part of the MoveFitLab team!

Deanna Barrett
Deanna-Kaye Barrett is a University of Western Ontario graduate with a degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences. She is strongly interested in sports performance assessments and aims to help athletes achieve their physical and career goals through physical fitness. During her 4th year at university, Deanna-Kaye completed her practicum experience with the Western Mustangs Women’s Basketball and Rugby teams as one of their Strength and Conditioning coaches and is presently working with various high schools as a sports medic. Deanna-Kaye also has been teaching swimming for the past 7 years, helping individuals improve their skills for both recreational and competitive swimming. She is persuing of her Registered Kinesiologist license with the College of Kinesiology of Ontario and plans to take her Strength and Conditioning Coach certification in the future. She believes that having a good mentor can facilitate good performance and works hard to do her best for the clientele at Movefit Lab

Dante Budhan
Driven by a passion for performance and self-improvement, Dante aim to inspire others to become the best version of themselves. As a Master’s student in Kinesiology, he is constantly exploring the science behind training and nutrition so I can help clients reach their full potential. Through his coaching, he is committed to helping clients and athletes crush their goals, both in the their discipline of sport and in life. Whether you looking to level up your performance or simply become more disciplined, he is there to guide you every step of the way.

Victor Low
Victor began his fitness career in the commercial gym setting, working with the general public. However, his passion for performance and sports science led him to pursue dedicated studies in these fields. Using his own body as a test subject, Victor explored and applied advanced training techniques, allowing him to gain a deeper and more in-depth understanding of performance optimization.
Through his personal experience, Victor unlocked his true calling in the performance and sports science realm. This realization motivated him to shift his focus from general fitness to a more data-driven, goal-oriented approach. His journey has led him to Movefit Lab, where he intends to leverage his past experience working with a broad clientele and focus on achieving measurable, high-performance results for athletes and goal-focused individuals.
Victor’s commitment to understanding human performance is backed by both hands-on experience and a passion for helping clients maximize their potential. Whether working with athletes or those pursuing specific fitness goals, he combines his knowledge with cutting-edge techniques to create personalized, results-driven programs.
