Proper Reintroduction to Sports

After a 2 year hiatus created by the pandemic, the sports world have seen a drastic rise in sports related injuries.  The old saying of "trying to do too much, too fast, too soon" is a perfect example of what has transpired in the reactiational and competitive sports in the recent year.  This seminar is a means to educate the parents and sports enthusiasts on how to properly reintroduce sports in one's life with the goal of minimizing injury risk.  It will also provide a general guideline on how to do so.
