About the Event
What does it really take to develop from a young athlete into a professional hockey player?
Join us at Movefit Lab on September 2 from 5:30–6:30 PM for an exclusive Meet & Greet with professional hockey player Nathan Aspinall.
Nathan will share his personal journey through competitive hockey, including the key moments that shaped his career, the challenges and setbacks he faced, and what he learned along the way. He’ll also speak about the importance of physical preparation and performance training from a young age, and how developing strength, movement, athleticism, and good training habits can support long-term athlete development.
This is a great opportunity for young athletes, parents, and hockey families to hear directly from a professional athlete and gain a better understanding of what goes into pursuing high-level sport—both on and off the ice.
