Movefit Lab Adolescent Summer Training Camp
The Movefit Lab Adolescent Summer Training Camp is a structured 4-week program designed to enhance young athletes' physical and mental performance. Powered by the Movement Facilitation Training System, the camp focuses on education, movement skill acquisition, mental awareness, speed, coordination, strength, and durability.
Camp Structure:
Runs three days per week for 7.5 weeks.
First and last days are dedicated to athlete assessments.
Each session lasts five hours, including a lunch break.
Staggered arrival times for assessments to minimize waiting.
Daily Schedule Highlights:
Warm-up & Assessments: Dynamic warm-up to prepare for training.
Strength & Conditioning: Tailored exercises for performance enhancement.
Stretching & Meditation: Recovery and mental focus activities.
Educational Content: Topics such as nutrition, sleep, injury prevention, and training.
Speed Training: Sport-specific drills to improve agility and reaction time.
Athletes are encouraged to bring their own lunch and fully engage in a holistic training experience designed to improve their overall athletic ability.
